With Coronavirus on the rise are you nervous to attend the dentist?
Dr. David Rothstein in a recent interview stated “The SmilePlace has always been a safe environment for our patients and staff.”
Dr. David Rothstein along with the recommendation from the American
Dental Association closed the doors of his offices on March 17th 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
During this time Dr. Rothstein equipped the office with all the safety precautions he would need to reopen back up in June. The safety of his patients and staff were his top priority.
Dr. David Rothstein purchased the DuraMax Extra-oral suction system.
This system will effectively remove droplets and aerosols from the immediate treatment site reducing the potential danger from patient aerosol. This
system was placed in each treatment room along with several medical grade air purifiers. “Our staff has been fully trained on all updated safety measures.
Our front desk staff interviews patients prior to arrival to make sure all safety guidelines have been checked”. Dr. David Rothstein states, “people should feel comfortable visiting the dentist office for routine cleanings, check-ups and dental treatment.”
A study from the American Dental Association in June found that less than 1 percent of dentists nationwide had tested positive for COVID-19.
