Washing Your Hands

Washing your hands and your daily oral hygiene routine go together!
Not only should you wash your hands before you brush your teeth.. but also after!!
These are just a few things you are touching throughout the day..
* Phone screens
* Faucets
* Credit cards
* Door handles
* Counter tops
* Keyboard and mouse
* Gas pumps
If you do not wash you hands before you floss (which should be done before brushing) those germs on your hands will be able to enter your mouth.
If you do not wash your hands after you brush your teeth then the germs that were on your hands from flossing will have gotten on to your toothbrush. Those germs will then be carried with you to whatever you touch next.
WASH. YOUR. HANDS. 👏🏼 Limit the amount of germs and bacteria that can enter your mouth!
