► Choosing the right toothbrush is important! Consider a soft bristled toothbrush as it will be less harsh in your teeth.
► Take your time! You should be brushing for a minimum of 2 minutes 2 times a day.
► Be GENTLE. You do not have to use a lot of force or pressure. (If your toothbrush is fraying it’s time to change it out)
► Pay attention to your brushing technique. Be sure to use circular motions instead of strictly focusing on back and forth motions!
► Brush EVERY single surface!! Each tooth matters!
► Wait at least 20 minutes after eating to brush your teeth.
► FLOSS. FLOSS. FLOSS. FLOSS.
► Using mouthwash after you first floss than brush will help wash away debris left over!
► Visit your dentist EVERY 6 months!!
