Sharing is caring. But NOT when it comes to your toothbrush!

Sharing is caring. But NOT when it comes to your toothbrush!

Here are some of a few reason why you should never share your toothbrush…

* It can cause exposure to various viruses
* Exposure to blood borne illnesses
* You may come in contact with food participles or fungi

Since it it cold and flu season this is a reminder to the importance of changing out your toothbrush after you have been sick. Be sure to keep your toothbrush as clean as possible during its 3 month period. Rinse your toothbrush well. If there are multiple toothbrushes in the same bathroom make sure that there is not a chance that they can touch.

*To avoid any confusion at home where there are multiple brushes in one place be sure that each toothbrush is VASTLY different! 🪥*
